Haley Introduces Hosted Web Service Availability

Haley Systems announces the availability of its HaleyAuthority business rules authoring environment as a hosted Web Service. This marks the first time that a business rules authoring system has been made available as a hosted service using XML standards. It represents an unprecendented level of flexibility in business rule authoring metaphors and customizable user interfaces for developers.
