Astro Teller: "Harnessing the Inspirations"

Astro Teller, Chairman/CEO of BodyMedia, will deliver a presentation at Penn State Altoona on November 1 at 7:00 p.m. in the Edith Davis Eve Chapel. Entitled "Harnessing the Inspirations," the discussion will cover the inspirations behind, challenges with, and underlying commonalitites between his business ventures, scientific pursuits and life as an artist. Astro is an innovator in medical technology and artificial intelligence; he writes and speaks widely about these issues, publishing fiction and producing art installations alongside his creation of two successful companies and numerous US patents. The lecture is free and open to the public.
