Cox Communications Selects TOA Technologies

Cox Communications, a leading entertainment and telecommunications company, has selected TOA Technologies' software service, ETAdirect, to manage its entire contracted technician workforce. TOA's on-demand Mobile Workforce and Customer Appointment Management software service, ETAdirect, will help Cox provide the best customer experience available while increasing efficiency and providing field management valuable information at their fingertips. ETAdirect was recently praised in the Wall Street Journal for helping to increase the efficiency of contracted technicians and limiting the amount of wait-time for customers.
