DFJ Raises $290 Million Growth Fund

Draper Fisher Jurvetson has closed its debut growth fund with $290M in capital commitments. With 5 companies (Visto, Raydiance, Kajeet, UUSEE and Solar City) already in its portfolio, the DFJ Growth Fund will focus on "large opportunity" growth-stage private technology companies that have completed the initial development stage and are generating revenue.
