Cognitive Tutor Makes List of Preferred 9-12 Math Resources

The Georgia State Board of Education has placed Carnegie Learning's Cognitive Tutor Integrated II and Integrated III math curricula on the list of recommended math learning resources by the 2007 Learning Resources Advisory Committee. Carnegie Learning's Bridge to Algebra and Integrated I math curricula were approved in 2006 as K-8 Mathematics Learning Resources for the state of Georgia. Carnegie Learning's middle and high school math programs are at the forefront of high school transformation initiatives in large urban districts nationwide inlcuding Los Angeles Unified, Miami-Dade, and the Chicago Public Schools where the curricula has been purchased with funding from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
