Imago Delivers 2nd Microscope to Montanuniversitat Leoben

Imago Scientific Instruments has deliverd its second Local Electron Atom Probe (LEAP) microscope, the LEAP 3000X HR, to the Montanuniversitat Leoben's Department of Physical Metallurgy and Materials Testing.
