Innovation Works Funds 100th Company

2007 was a great year for Innovation Works. Last year, the organization invested in its 100th company since 1999, its portfolio of technology-related firms garnered $117 million in follow-up investment, and it funded seventeen start-up companies, the most since the organization began. Jay Katarincic believes that Innovation Works has perfected the "model" to convert entrepreneurial ideas into thriving companies.
