Missouri District Implements Algebra Intervention Program

Carnegie Learning's Bridge to Algebra program will be implemented in St. Louis's Hazelwood School District starting this fall and running at least through 2014. The program is designed to prepare students who lack the skills and/or preparation to enter Algebra I. Hazelwood School District purchased the complete Bridge to Algebra textbook and Cognitive Tutor software program for 900 ninth-grade students in its three high schools.
