Oklahoma Adopts Carnegie Learning Curricula
The Oklahoma State Textbook Committee has approved Carnegie Learning Bridge to Algebra, Algebra I, Geometry and Algebra II Textbooks as core mathematics curricula and its Cognitive Tutor Software programs as supplementary curricula for implementation through June 2016. Carnegie Learning Math Curricula are aligned to all state and most district standards and to the five content strands of the standards set by the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics. Indiana Adopts Carnegie Learning Custom Solution
Carnegie Learning reports that the Indiana DOE has approved custom Indiana state editions of it's Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II and Integrated Math series textbooks, as well as the Cognitive Tutor Software as adopted high school mathematics curricula through June 30, 2016. In the state textbook adoption process, the Indiana State Board of Education advocates for the use of technologically enabled learning materials.
