TOA Awarded Patent No. 7,693,735
TOA Technologies has been issued a patent for its predictive, performance-pattern based mobile workforce management system and customer communications. The patent, entitled "Dynamic Schedule Mediation," was issued on April 6, 2010, and covers the entire TOA process, from when an appointment request is taken through completion. TOA's mobile workforce management platform enhances customer service while reducing operational costs. TOA Technologies is the only cloud-based mobile workforce management and customer communication solution.

Trustwave Looking to Go Public
According to ChicagoBusiness.com, Trustwave Holdings, which acquired BitArmor Systems earlier this year, has plans to become a public company by this time next year. The company is the leading provider of software that ensures merchants are in compliance with credit card companies' security standards. BodyMedia Adds Staff; Expands Office Space
BodyMedia has added six new employees to its staff, and has expanded its offices to accommodate anticipated continued growth. The company has added key marketing, sales and product development personnel to support its next phase of growth. The new offices total 15,000 square feet, a total of 6,000 more than their former office space.

Aethon and Bosch Form Partnership
