August 26, 2010

Yakima School District in Washington State and Miami-Dade County Public Schools in Florida are investing in Carnegie Learning Math programs for their combined 50 middle and high schools this fall. Yakima is the largest Latino-majority district in Washington.  The purchase will serve as the Tier II intervention math strategy supported by significant professional development for teachers. In Florida, the implementation provides comprehensive math intervention, software as supplemental curricula and initial training and ongoing job-embedded support for teachers. The Maimi-Dade County Public Schools is among the most diverse districts in the country, with 98% of its students classified as minorities. Learn more about Carnegie Learning's math solutions at www.carnegielearning.com.
