New BodyMedia FIT Mobile Offers Apps and Bluetooth Technology

The suite of new technologies in BodyMedia FIT Mobile include smartphone apps and a new armband enabled with Bluetooth wireless technology. For current BodyMedia FIT Armband users, free apps will launch on October 28th on mulitple platforms (supported smartphones will be announced upon release) allowing users to log food and see a snapshot of their personal Activity Manager. The new BodyMedia FIT Armband BW utilizes Bluetooth wireless technology to communicate directly to the smartphone and provide near real-time caloric burn data. The new Armband BW can be pre-ordered exclusively at www.amazon.com beginning Oct. 31st for shipment November 15th. The apps will be available on October 28th and offered FREE to current Activity Manager users.
