TOA 2010 European Cost of Waiting Survey Results are In

TOA Technologies conducted its annual Cost of Waiting Survey and Report for the first time in Germany and the United Kingdom. The report found that 49% of Germans and 79% of Brits had waited at home for utilities, cable/satellite TV, Internet, retail home deliveries and other services in the past year, at an average annual cost of 814 Euro ($1,035) and £457.20 respectively. "The results of the survey show that waiting for an in-home service or delivery is a costly proposition for both consumers and businesses," said Richard Alden, President of TOA Technologies Europe.
